Operation Early Reading at Ideal School in Countryside

Our first Operation Early Reading program of the year at Ideal School in Countryside was fantastic!  We read to 111 students and they were all completely adorable and so happy to have the individual attention.  Each received a book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar or Are You My Mother?, depending on their class. The smiles on the kid's faces as they came up to receive the book was priceless. Thank you to all our member volunteers:  Jamie Marucha, Paula Whitelaw, Phyllis Young, Pat Allen, Patricia Van Hoegarden, Sandra VerBeek, Betty Cronin and community volunteer Donna Mielke!
